Not just in the state, but across the state line. The KIA plant in West Point is having a huge impact on the eastern side of the state. Last time I drove through on 85, there were real estate billboards primarily in Korean in Auburn and Opelika. A buddy of mine who lives over there said most of the middle managers are moving into the Auburn/Opelika area and upper management are all building houses out on Lake Harding.

Now because of the seating reduction from Beard-Eaves to Neville, as well increased demand, I think students have to buy tickets to everything - baseball, gymnastics, softball, etc.

Which UT, Texas or Tennessee? By rhe way, the abbreviations will be a source of confusion going forward, since Texas is now in the SEC. Maybe we could distinguish the two by using UTK for Tennessee and UTA for Texas.
Second comment: this topic demonstrates how pervasive and negative the identity issue has become. It began when affirmative action was commenced. Gradually an individual's record of achievement became less important than what identity slot a person fills. We are now experiencing the ramifications of the supreme emphasis on identity with lower standards across the board, academic, medical, scientific, etc.
