This may have been answered before, but I've never been able to figure out why he was hired in the first place. Loser at Iowa State? HIRE THAT MAN. What?

I don't want that fat piece of shite Jay Jacobs anywhere near another coaching search. This son of a bitch actually has the balls to say this about what his standards of a coaching candidate must look like.

You are not alone. Personally, I think he did a great sales job on Jay Jacobs who bought it. Jay Jacobs was basically a 1 man search committee at the time and made the decision.
