With the extended playoffs why not move national signing day and the portal back to February?
This will be an issue for every coach that makes a change. It’s puts the school behind and screws them out of a recruiting year.
The early signing period took the fun out of the official signing day. Why wouldn’t they just do away with the early signing period? It gives the playoff teams more opportunity for recruiting.
The current system doesn’t make sense.

I think he is saying Brady. Tulane coach is not nuclear. It’s either Saban or Brady. He said look at the betting odds. Brady has best odds.

Going back to Saturday morning I would say beat A&M, sneak into the playoffs and keep Kelly.
If you ask me now I would say losing and firing Kelly. I had no idea how toxic and checked out he had become. The boosters didn’t like him, the fans didn’t like him, the national media didn’t like him and most former players didn’t Ike him because he didn’t allow them access to the program. I think what happened is better for the long term success of the program.
My opinion may change again depending on the new hire. Hopefully we make the right choice.

Do you think this coaching search will be the same?
Will they put out a smoke screen or will we have leaks and know who it is before it’s announced.
The level of secrecy with BK was impressive. Everyone thought Riley was a done deal. Can they pull it off again?

Everyone will have a sauce. Everybody from Saban to Urban to Coach O coming back.
It will be miserable but gloriously entertaining and I will check and probably fall for it every time.
