I'm prone to believe that photo is photoshopped.
I was there every day and passed by that sign every day and never saw that. Furthermore, there are so many custodians in that area of the parking lot before the walkway leading to the road crossing that if anyone had whipped-out a blue el marko and even attempted to vandalize that sign someone would have been all over them ... not to mention the video cameras everywhere in that area.
