That was something Tubbs did (same with the rings). The school itself has NEVER claimed 04. Their flag in Jordan-Hare only lists 57 and 2010.

That is one cheeeeeszzzy trophy. Starting with the NPC (National People's Champs?) and its reference date as 2005 
Maybe it helps fill up a trophy case though.
