I hear the numbers are staggering in Auburn’s favor. 4 billionaires might play a part in that though.

Sounds like y’all should be recruiting better than Alabama then

Possibly 3 5 stars committed before Freeze coaches his 1st game is something no coach in SEC history has accomplished.

Depending on the service, Saban had three committed the summer of 2007. Prior to coaching his first game at Alabama.

None of this is really verifiable. We can look at recruiting rankings and roster talent. Alabama hasn’t missed a beat in that since NIL became legal in the summer of 2021. Alabama has signed a #2 and #1 class since then. On pace for a top three class for 2024.

Some of this is individual vs team pay philosophy. Auburn has the ability to to pay individuals high rates to change program trajectory and not have team mutany. In the long run they won’t. But they are doing what they should in the short term.

That’s crazy.

Auburn’s recruiting class is definitely in the Top half of the SEC, right?

Right?

5 Stars now are about like all these kids making 4.2 GPA now. Used to be 5 Stars were rare as were 4.0s.

I's the Non-NIL $$$ where Bama and UGA continue to dominate everyone.

If anyone thinks Bama doesn't have a significant NIL program going, they're kidding themselves. Bama is playing the NIL game just like everyone else is. It would be dumb not to.
