The NCAA won't look favorably at former players acting on behalf of MSU in a P4P scheme. And, some of the old news floated around that MSU had coaches meet with Rogers & Newton at a hotel room after a MSU game...
Why the hell would your any of your coaches be willing to meet in a hotel room with a former player and the parent of a prospective athlete?
Couldn't they just have their discussions at the MSU athletic facility, that way everything is out in the open and above board and it doesn't look shady in any way?

the rumors I heard were that it was in a meeting room and as soon as coaches heard what was going on, the meeting was ended. But who knows if that's true or not. Who knows anything that is true. All we can do is sit back and hold our breath and that goes for both fanbases. And all this shite is the main reason we had a bad class this year. I believe that wholeheartedly. Auburn turned their class around after the championship.

Look, no offense intended as it is hard to dislike someone who likes Archer...but I would laugh my arse off if UT was somehow involved. Sorry.

How is it changing, Bond said what we listened to was Kenny and Cecil, I assume he will have to have them authenticated if it comes down to it. I don't know if they were voicemails, or if they recorded phone calls, meetings that were face to face, you know crazier things have happened.

I haven't heard about the hotel meeting… If that indeed did happen then they are stupid for doing it. It isn't hard to trace who checked in to a hotel, and interview people to find out who was seen there. And yes that would look extremely shady, if coaches are proven to have been involved with money talks, then we may be in trouble.
