Carter is in the NFL moron. The accident happened when he was no longer on the team.

He accidentally left his teammate to die?

Right…

Please, please let this be true. Please.

Videos are old. Videos posted on internet by a female ex. (Shared text messages show this). This person is in the most legal trouble for posting on social media. (ETA: Before Twitter stopped it, she was asking for $5 to see them)

No one is sure how she got them. She was either sent the videos by a friend of J Hunter or she had access to his phone. (Makeup sex).

Hunter did not post them on Social Media.

What were they doing on Hunter's phone? No matter how you try to cut this foolishness Hunter was up to no good to want to video it to start with.

I suspect someone down on the Plains is going to want to know why?

Zero doubt this happens on every team. Well, maybe not taking pics of team mates but the sharing of videos.

These guys are rolling in the coed strange more than ever AND getting paid.

I guarantee a bunch of dudes just wiped their phones this week.

Side note..with rape being defined in many states as simply having sex with an intoxicated person (who can’t legally give consent)…no damn way am I documenting that shite.

I seriously doubt the Bama alumni care that much about this guy. Is he even that good?

He shared them to other people and that point lost control of the video. If he didn't want them to be shared then he should have never shared it.

This is like when journalists share hacked/leaked information. They can share it as long as they aren't the hackers themselves.

Why are you discussing rape? The bitch was slobbing all over that knob like corn on the cobb.

Don’t think we need to call her a bitch for wanting some BBC.

She can have all the desire in the world to slobber on knob. If they have sex and she is legally drunk…it’s rape in many states…Georgia for sure.

Reasonably certain intoxicated people in AL can’t give consent either.

Video taping just creates evidence of the crime.

You just saw a post on an AU website stating that he/she believed the REC would pay a wad of cash to a female to leak the videos. It's a dang CONSPIRACY! The REC is the axis of evil and they are responsible for the suspension of the best RB Brother Freeze has ever coached getting suspended from AU.

Let's completely overlook the fact that at least 2 players enjoyed themselves with at least 2 girls and chose to videotape the interactions or that one player chose to take pictures of his teammates in the shower.

I just do not see the crime here... (I would however suspend him).

*Like many states, Alabama does not have a statute specifically targeting nonconsensual pornography. (Not against the law to film)

*Revenge Porn: To qualify as revenge porn, the circulating image must be a private image the depicted person did not consent to and the sender intends to use for harassment.

In Alabama, it is illegal for a person to distribute or disseminate obscene material. (Obscene is a difficult term, it is why there is Porn on the Internet, hard to see the videos as Obscene)

What crime did Jarquez break?

The Boogs are in phase three. They have passed denial and are in the bargaining phase. "OK the videos may be real but...."

He is suspended. Rules versus laws. Question is whether the DA decides to look into it as a crime (by Twitter person or Jarquez/team mates). The more publicity it gets the more likely the will have to.

Then his phone is evidence. Then whether she knew or not becomes relevant. Then whether she was drunk becomes relevant. Then whether he shared and deleted becomes relevant. Then what else was on his phone becomes relevant.

The Twitter person or people are just plain stupid. Asking for money to share? They are fricked if found.

Did Jarquez help make any videos without consent from other parties?

Did Jarquez share any of these videos without consent from others?

Being a dumbass and if filmed without the girl's consent and/or sharing the video, a creepy mofo. If all of that is true, then boot him. Might as well get a fresh start now with people that aren't dumbasses.
