I bet if you charted the viewership throughout the game it was exponentially growing in the 2nd half. First half was pretty bad.

You dumb lil feller.

Not on network tv = lower rating. All of the "lowest" rated were ESPN broadcasts.

Keep gumping hard tho son.

I read somewhere that AU/FSU was the 3rd highest TV program in cable history... behind AU/Oregon and Bama/ND...

Why would people want to watch a team when they don't even know where they're located?

Not surprised. Ever since the game went to ESPN viewership declined.

What as the lowest? Was it still LSU-ALA?

Yeah, the cable vs. network TV thing needs to be emphasized.

I always like to hear about shows that are "the highest rated show on TV..................in their time slot of Tuesday afternoon at 3"

Well it was the most competitive NC since USC Vs. Texas. The second half had to have good viewership numbers?

It's bullshite that ESPN doesn't put the game on ABC.

These 'records' are apples to oranges and very disingenuous.

The BCS title game used to be on ABC, national network everyone gets, vs. on ESPN, a cable network not everyone gets (believe it or not there are still millions of homes without cable).

Can't interfere with "dancing with the Stars" or "Castle"

Women shouldn't be allowed to watch TV.

Uhh...herp derp...everyone needs cable now.

Rabbit ears don't work. It's a digital world.

So why should we count people who don't even have frickin' TV?

The number is the number. Low-low.
