And then you have to consider that no Cam = Arkansas beating Oregon and winning a national title OR the SEC's streak being broken with Arkansas choking OR the SEC's streak being broken with Arkansas being left out of the championship in favor of fricking TCU.

Why aren't Auburn fans outraged over the murder of thousands of trees it takes to make all that toilet paper to roll Toomer's Corner? I bet those oaks really loved being covered with the carcasses of other dead trees on Saturdays in the fall

The DKE's in 2005 or 2006, IIRC, had an elephant on their front lawn for the homecoming game and you could get your picture taken with it. I also remember the University making a statement that no more would be allow on campus for whatever reason. I think its just too much of a liability on the University and they dont want to take the risk in case something does happen. In that particular case, it was the DKE's that did the whole elephant deal, not UA.

The "committee" knew if we got Cam we would be 14-0 with NC. The 180K was mutually agreed to be paid. A certain "bagman" laid out the likelihood that our success might lead to some deranged Bama fan poisoning the trees.
Then we could use the "trees" as a cover for awhile and later "harvest" them by selling products made with them to "replace" the "bagman's" money. Anything left after the initial 180K would go to other operations, etc
