Kyle Field
Video and photo gallery about the $450 million Kyle Field redevelopment project.
Aggie timing on this was great.
With interest rates going up, this will be America;s premier collegiate football facility for a long time.

People who say Neyland sucks are either Tennessee haters or haven't been to a game there before 2008 when the program tanked.
So only go to Neyland when UT is winning? Got it. Thanks for the heads up.

It is the atmosphere that makes the stadium not the cost. A&M is already a premier college stadium. You youngsters still have a lot to learn

No one who has had to sit through a game at Neyland with someone's knees in their backs, or not been able to get up and down the steps because they aren't wide enough for two-way traffic, or had to stand up every time someone goes up and down the steps because the seats literally have your feet in the aisle, would ever rate Neyland Stadium in the top 50% of stadiums in the conference, I'm happy Neyland has been such a terrible experience for you. I want all non Tennessee fans to have a horrible experience in that stadium, especially when TN starts to win again. I figure there is a 50% chance you are morbidly obese. That combined with the fact that you are an Alabama fan means I have zero % sympathy for you. The seats aren't that cramped. It's an old building. Quit bitching like a woman. Who said it was a terrible experience? Just because the place is a dump that was built with an erector set doesn't mean that we don't have awesome experiences there. Hell, I even bought season tickets there in 2010, but I couldn't even give away the non-Alabama tickets. You really need to get out more and get to some other stadiums. This post was edited on 6/13 at 11:34 am
How could I have ever misinterpreted all your bitching about aisle space and knee room as having a terrible experience? Were the women's restrooms also too dirty? And what Alabama fan buys season tickets to UT football? I'd rather flush my money down the toilet then give any of it to your school. And how would you know how many venues I've been to? I'm a college football fan. I enjoy epic venues with great tradition and atmosphere. I don't sit around and marvel at the architecture or how wide the seats are. People who say Neyland sucks are either Tennessee haters or haven't been to a game there before 2008 when the program tanked.
How could you have misinterpreted? Because you're so stupid you don't even have two brain cells to rub together, that's why. Why does an Alabama fan buy Tennessee season tickets? Because you dipshits won't even support your own program. Buy tickets from Bama...hell, you guys don't even buy your own. If you honestly think that Neyland Stadium is an "epic venue", then you truly are FUBAR.
And since you seem to be so obsessed with bathrooms, let me add that Neyland Stadium has been the only place I've had to piss in a trough since Legion Field circa 1975. But I guess that's one reason why you love Neyland...when you go to take a leak you get a prime view of what your Vol buddies are packing.

Didn't read the article. Is that a ranking of the stadiums that clear out the fastest?

UT is too high. AU is too low. LSU tailgates.
The tailgating atmosphere at LSU is great because they still allow people to get close. The stadium itself is just average.
Auburn has a nice stadium and a solid on campus atmosphere. Should be higher.
Neyland's surroundings are unappealing, it has pee troughs and speakers rolled onto the field. The seats are too damn close for the average sized volunteer.

it's year 2013 and none of you motherfrickers have 100k+ stadium. UT had one for 18 years.
You can't even manage 90,000 so what are you trying to say?

Outside of Tennessee (who even when full, and the team is good, the stadium itself is an overcrowded dump with seats that can't fit a normal person's frame), any stadium in that Top 6 is interchangeable depending on opinion.
My opinions: Loudest stadium I've ever heard for a whole game? LSU. Loudest stadium for specific moments? Three way tie between Alabama/LSU/Texas A&M.
Most aesthetically pleasing stadium? Alabama for now, but with new additions to other stadiums, this could change.
I wish someone could come up with a real, actual ranking that would incorporate 5-6 categories, give them all a scale of 1-10, and then average it and then figure out the 'best' gameday experience overall.
The Categories could be these 7:
1) Tailgating Experience on Main Setting (IE: Grove, Parade Grounds, The Quad, The Junction, North Campus etc...)
2) Bar Scene: Must include experiences for both Friday/Saturday nights; price of drinks, ability to get a drink, environment,etc...)
3) Hot Girls: Pretty Simple, are there a LOT of good looking girls wearing sundresses? Every school has some-- but can you not turn your head every direction and at least see a hard eight?
4) Stadium Score: Is the stadium easy to get to from the bars/tailgate spot? Is it a good looking stadium? Does it have impressive capacity? Are you able to get concessions easily?
5) Loud Score: Pretty simple-- does the stadium get rowdy?
6) Opposing Fan Treatment-- Do the opposing fans, for the most part, treat their visitors with respect? Occasional verbal jabs are OK, but have you ever felt like someone, or a group, was just being a total D-Bag?
7) Traditions: How cool are the traditions of the school? Does Chinese Bandits give you goose bumps? Is the Bear's voice during the 'Tradition' video before the game still something you can't miss? Does 'From Dixie, with Love' in the grove still give you that same feeling of southern pride?
If someone were to be totally unbiased and do a section by section breakdown, you could get an actual ranking worth a damn.
