Somehow Auburn is below us

Arky has beaten Auburn two times in nine tries.

What was once a fairly even matchup faded into obscurity despite Bielemia's attempts of creating a rivalry.

Actually reporting stuff like this is counter productive to getting talent to join the football program for an Arkansas beat writer.

This happens because the Arkansas fanbase doesn't believe in the administration to fix it. Ole Miss went through a very similar thing in 2011 where the fanbase united to get rid of the AD.

As for the rest of your post, I can promise you basketball and baseball success, while great, aren't taking the heat off of anything. Football pays for baseball. Basketball may be able to be mostly financially independent but football certainly helps there.

They won't admit it and you can tell through the hires they made.

To show how shitty the Arkansas media is.

It's awful in this state.

Playing for this guy

and a bottom feeding program like Arkansas is only going to inspire and motivate these guys to quit.

Another casualty of NIL. It’s wiser to invest money in a couple of sports and lets the others fall to the wayside.

Hey dchog,
Can Texas use your post as the beginning of us breaking up the SEC? Asking for documentation purposes.

While Ole Miss finally heard the fans, they responded with Kiffin and are having better seasons than they had in decades.

Arkansas hires an OL coach and the seasons have been boring.

Ole Miss just takes football more seriously and have been for awhile.

It's really odd how states like Mississippi and Oklahoma can remain pretty competitive, but Arkansas is always a train wreck.

Oklahoma is a win at all costs program.

Same with Ole Miss but historically they haven't been very good at it and now figured things out.

Arkansas is not a win at all costs program.

Why do you think Arkansas AD Hunter Yuracheck was fighting against NIL?

Maybe it had something to do with very wealthy people telling him to fight against it because we don't have any money or unwilling to spend it?

Hunter Yuracheck gets the blame while the individuals with money and power don't get held accountable for anything.

That’s why he gets paid so much, it’s his job to take blame.

Arkansas was a couple turnovers away from a 9-2 season last year. Had that happened would this even be a discussion?

The hawgs were better than their record.

I miss the days of listening to Dick Shaver & Randy Rainwater on Drive-Time Sports. Nobody could hold the company line as good as ole Dick Shaver...I mean Rick Shaffer.
