I think some of y’all hate Bama more than you love the team you pull for!

Yes. It's because of all the stupid as shite Bama fans over the last few years preaching about how clean their program is.

But also rationally speaking, they have a far easier case against Bama now than LSU if they choose to go after one or the other
Yeah, having your coach caught up in a wire directly related to paying players is way less worse than someone naming your school in a list of schools.
You aren't rational, sorry.

Scott Woodward at LSU:
Day 1 - witness says under oath at a federal corruption trial that he paid Alabama football players

They're (these types of threads) all pretty pathetic IMO because the vast majority of people refuse to discuss the issues rationally and logically.quote:
Exactly. Honestly, the only thing that would worry me as a Bama fan is that an identified person testified under oath that they paid players and gave dollar amounts. The NCAA could contact this person now and get some specific amounts and receipts possibly. I don't think anything happens though from what we know so far. It's not anything that LSU isn't doing in football as well.
Nailed it. All of it.

I don’t think the NCAA should do anything about Wade’s tapes.
I’m fairly sure he was talking about paying players, though. And I think it’s funny that this guy here doesn’t think that’s what the conversation is about.
Apples and oranges, even though are probably correct. It would be like a state trooper giving LSU a ticket for speeding, even though he was taking a piss in the bushes when he saw them pass. Meanwhile, he is sitting in his car with radar pegging Alabama doing triple digits. It is reasonable to assume LSU was paying players but not definitive. Alabama football is a slam dunk (a pun in honor of Will Wade).

Woodward's first day on the job and he's already about to get the death penalty for the bama football program

Jesus man, have you not read any of this ten page thread.......They PAID PLAYERS. Don't act like you did not know. Now do what real GUMPS do and just say, yeah...we did it and nothing is gonna happen. Way more respect than some BS denial.

I don’t think they cheated.
Posted on 4/23/19 at 3:33 pm to lsupride87
So now we have a Bama player admitting it and a witness on record saying it. Saban should step down.

Wades wire is stricken from the record and wont be available to the NCAA
Blazers testimony is on the record
For Wade to be caught, either he has to admit to the ncaa he cheated or one of our players has to roll over on him
For the Ncaa to nail Bama they simply need to ask a third party who has already admitting to paying Bama players
