You are from Georgia. You ruin seafood. Your low country boil is bland even to an Englishman. You don’t know how to cook seafood.

Seafood? WTF are you talking about? Ease up on the Monday drinking.

“Don’t burn the roux”, is a major rule in the state of Louisiana in cooking gumbo, ettoufee, etc…It is a cardinal sin when cooking seafood because it’s better in a delicious dish that Louisiana and Mississippi and even Alabama residents enjoy.
The Georgia baw asked to explain this like he didn’t know WTF I was talking about so I did. Coast can make seafood and east coast Georgia can’t.

Gotcha. I had no clue. I don’t live near the coast. Carry on.

So, where you live is the decisive factor in one's kitchen skills ?

LSU gonna regret hiring this lazy yoga bum

He is far from lazy….his priorities are just all over the place.
If he spent the same amount of energy he uses searching his name on twitter, he would be lighting the portal on fire already.

Ole Miss on the other hand is thrilled and celebrating that LSU isn't taking Lacey and Chambliss.

It seems to a major factor. Try ordering sweet tea in Utah. Try the gumbo in Maine. Try the ribs in Seattle. Or the “fresh” seafood in Kansas City. Geography definitely plays a roll in what people are really good at cooking generally.

People forget Georgia has hundreds of miles of coastline. The further you get from the coast, the less people know how to cook seafood, that's true. But you get down to the lowcountry, it is good. Shrimp, oysters, clams, flounder, trout, redfish, then all the offshore species.
You don't have to pour Tony's on everything to make it good.

I do enjoy how cooking riles this board up. Almost as much as football.

The fact that Tony’s is your go to tells me you suck as a southerner.

What is this even about?
Why is LSU supposedly burning?
We’ve gotten multiple top WR commitments we have the top rated QB in the portal in BR we have gotten multiple RBs
We got the best regarded available head coach and majority of the key offensive staff from the best offense the last 6 years and kept the defensive staff that looked solid this year
