Foreshadowing?
"Paul Manziel recently told ESPN The Magazine that he doesn't like how the school hasn't protected the family from the NCAA and how he believes that school administrators put their motives above his son's well-being.
"It's starting to get under our skin," he said. "They're so selfish."
Manziel also acknowledged that he was concerned about his son's drinking and how he is dealing with celebrity.
"Yeah, it could all come unraveled," Johnny's father told The Magazine. "And when it does, it's gonna be bad. Real bad."

Johnny Manziel killed 6 hookers when they found out he got paid for autographs? I feel like we could run with this.
How about, he secretly started the rumor so he could get a hardship waiver transfer to the Longhorns so he could play immediately?

Sumlin has lost control.
He looks really bad in all this. Whom is dancing for whom? Sumlin is getting played like a clarinet on Frenchman St.

It's starting to sound like this has been an ongoing investigation for a while that is just coming out near its conclusion.
All that sounds like is ESPN started asking questions before the NCAA did. NCAA investigations can take quite awhile, especially if they've been focused on another large case like Miami.

No way. If the NCAA got involved then something is up.
You misunderstood me.
Of course the NCAA got involved. Based on what is coming out from the AD via A&M pay boards, this issue was brought up MONTHS ago, much closer to the initial supposed incident. A&M conducted an internal investigation based on NCAA inquiry, turned up their findings and the NCAA has since been investigating for a given period of time up until now with a decision fairly close.
The reason this is good news is because 9 times out of 10, if a program conducts an investigation based on an official inquiry and claims to have found nothing, the NCAA hands down no punishment.

Brought it upon himself since the heisman, but yeah, it would be interesting seeing him at DV.

Prediction: Manziel will single handedly bring down the facade of NCAA free labor.
Dude is a god.

I feel like hookers need to die to really get traction here, but this might work.

He can take a side trip to Tijuana and be caught watching a prostitute/donkey show (and rumored to be holding the donkey's reins).
