Class C Felony
Current state sentencing guidelines would have him serving three years probation. 18 months supervised and 18 months unsupervised. I'm sure there will be a lot of community service performed as part of his probation.

He should get a massive fine and heavy dose of community service...I suggest mandatory cleaning duty on Auburn's campus eight hours a week for about a year.
