I've ridden the Shinkansen (Bullet train) in Japan. It gets up to about 200 mph. When it passes another going the opposite direction, you can feel a shock wave.

I find this to be a great documentary. The detail is very impressive. I don't notice ant bias going on. I've learned a lot.

My Oct electricity use was the lowest in 12 yrs, by almost half.

I use an 8Qt. pressure cooker at 15 psig and 250 deg F.
Works great. Can't imagine a steam oven being a good idea.

I've been using Harissa (staple from North Africa cuisine): Salt free, chilies, smoked paprika, cumin, caraway, fennel, garlic, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon, mint, ginger, and parsley.

8 Qts stock (pork bones cut up, pressure cooked 2 hrs)
1 Qrt tomato puree (home grown)!
