I've been wondering why they become "pods" with 4 teams

In the NFL groups of 4 teams are called... Divisions

I’d be happy with that pod. Although we would struggle against OU and UT most seasons, better get those recruiting numbers up.

This is a great pod, I’m all in. Good for our recruiting to be in Texas at least every year. I’d be a bigger fan of A&M, UT, Mizzou and OK. B12 pod.

Could be a really good POD when you think of all sports combined. Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas all boarder each other and Missouri borders two of the states. Campus wise pretty close too.

What about Aggy?

So out of our main rivals ( TU, A&M, LSU, Ole. Miss) we only play one annually from our pod? Then one annually outside of the pod? I am not so sure I like that.

If in a pod with Texas then you would play them and one permanent from the other pod. So the other could be Ole miss or LSU. Then there is the other pod where our permanent opponent could be Auburn. And then the other pod where our permanent opponent could be one of Florida, Georgia, USCe or Kentucky.

Being in a pod with OU makes a lot of sense. The campuses are only 245 miles apart, easily our closest opponent. I feel it could turn into a great rivalry in basketball and baseball.

I like this as a pod.

I don’t- I would accept 3 of the 4 but why do we have to have all newbs (or newbsish)?

As an Arkansas fan larping as a Mizzou fan, I'm totally fine with this.

In general, I prefer divisions over pods.
