Arkansas problem is not leveraging their corporate connections to put together a monster NIL collective. Can you not tap into that walmarks money?

Yes but with the right coach and staff you can recruit nationwide. Hell with what we've had we have been a top 20 recruiting base and it's been that way for years.

Pittman is not a bad coach by any means imo. He's probably top half in the SEC

You can't blame fans for noticing our o-line is the most undisciplined unit on the team for the second consecutive year despite Sam's background, or questioning dumb crap like having a 250lb. QB and lining up in the shotgun on 4th and a foot or less like we did against BYU not once but twice.

Nutt won 9 games multiple times including a 10 win season.
He was average.
Petrino had back to back 10 win seasons.
He was above average but only for a very short period of time.
Petrino won back to back bowls thanks to OSU vacating the Sugar Bowl and so did Bert.
Not a big accomplishment.
His recruiting is on par with Bert and Chad.

He would win with better talent which he doesn't have but his in game coaching will still have him lose games he shouldn't.
It is on par with Bert and Nutt.
It is why it is so important to have a coach that knows what he is doing during games as they face better teams with better talent.
Arkansas when they had Petrino, Holtz, Hatfield and Broyles. They didn't necessarily have a talent edge but had an advantage in coaching over most teams they faced.
That is what is important and Arkansas had a small glimpse of that with Petrino before he screwed it up.
