It looks like they did. It was their only home sellout all year actually

Did Aky sell out the A&M game last season? They were 3-1 and it was Berts first SEC game.

We didn't have a sellout last year.

If that is true, it stands to reason that the attendance decreased due to the product on the field as the season progressed.

It will be interesting to see how the crowd looks for the Bama game next season. It will be the first home SEC game but well into the season.

It lists the A&M attendance as 72.613 and Razorback Stadium capacity at 72. I just assumed

weather was bad for the A&M game... would've probably been a sellout otherwise.

regardless, NWA is a hard place to get to for the other 13 SEC teams.

It's really not that hard to understand. We were preseason top 10 in 2012 so a lot of people went to the games (plus we had Bama and LSU at home)...but after going 4-8 that year combined with being picked last in the west before last year, of course it's not going to be as good.

No rational responses allowed. Try again but mention Texas next time.

Hog fans in Northwest Arkansas are a fickle bunch. They don't show when you don't win. Fans around the state support well but they don't travel well in the midst of an 0-8 conference campaign. If 2Beez wins attendance will improve. If he doesn't, it will get worse. Simple formula.
I live 5 hours from Razorback stadium. I love the Razorbacks but I'm not driving that far in a weekend to see crapola. Call me fickle or whatever but I don't have an endless supply of money so I choose to spend it on other things and watch on TV.

Makes sense. I'm guessing this is why they play two games a year in LR

67k people don't even know how to get to Jonesboro, much less attend a game there.

I know Aggy knows where Jonesboro is, seeing as they beat you in football and all....

Yeah but at least Arky State knows how to hire a coach that fans want to see year after year.
