U-M also announced a home-and-home series with Arkansas to open the 2018 and '19 seasons. The Wolverines will host Arkansas at the Big House in the season opener on Sept. 1, 2018, with a return trip to Fayetteville, Ark., scheduled for Aug. 31, 2019. The lone meeting between the Wolverines and Razorbacks came on Jan. 1, 1998, in the CompUSA Florida Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Fla., a 45-31 U-M victory.

Alabama tried to get a home-and-home with both Michigan and Notre Dame. UM would only do the neutral site and Notre Dame didn't want one outside the Midwest.

and Notre Dame didn't want one in a stadium that they didn't "landscape" for 3 weeks prior to the game.

When did they try that? Michigan only had room for it recently.

A friend in Jacksonville told me about the neutral site game with Michigan over a year before it was announced. He said then that a home-and-home couldn't be agreed upon.

They cut the grass high to "slow down" teams with lots of skill players.

Ya, that what I figured. Michigan only had room for Arkansas because Notre Dame cancelled the series like the gaping vag's that they are.

Norte Dame terrified to play SEC teams after LSU lambasted them in the 2006 Sugar Bowl

Was really hoping A&M would fill that spot for Michigan.

frick Tom Brady, man...

One thing for sure, we are not scared to travel across our great country to play anyone, SC, Rutgers, Texas, aTm in Dallas, and now Michigan.

Some of the other SEC teams need to step it up in the OOC portion of the schedule if they truly want to believe in their teams records.
