3rd place in Big 10 beat 5th place SEC team. 
I’d place A&M as the 7th best team in the SEC, but they finished slightly better than Kentucky and Ole Miss. Both of those teams are more talented

I don’t think Ohio State necessarily destroyed Texas in the sense of a blowout, it was more of a destroying of their dreams. To give up a TD at the very end of the half immediately after scoring and then the end of the game while at one point being at the 1 yard line to give up a strip sack fumble TD, I think the fans felt “destroyed” after that. Also Texas would have probably beat ND which kinda makes it worse.

Getting too many teams in the tournament and half of them losing in the first round is par for the B1G, so I'm not buying it.

Got beat handle by Auburn and Bama. They were 2 games below .500 overall and had a losing record in their conference. I think they ended up somewhere around d 9th-11th in the B1G.
