Absofrickinglutely
Lane hasn’t broken a rule and the SEC is being sensitive led by a pissy big nosed, faggot, cuck commissioner.
If it’s keep Lane or stay in the SEC, give me Lane 10 times out of 10.

Lane is just helping shine a spotlight on the SEC front office's hypocrisy and the powers that hold Sankey's puppet strings. I will join in on the class action lawsuit that takes place after an expulsion vote, believe that.

This sounds suspiciously like “Everyone knows 1 Rebel can whip 10 Yankees!” talk circa 1860-1861. I see a lot of bluster and huffing but, if this came to pass, it would be catastrophic for LSU.

What’s the downside for the SEC if LSU leaves
None other than having to renegotiate your TV contract with Disney where you could potentially see a loss in initial revenue

Explain exactly how the SEC takes a hit if LSU leaves.
You exposed yourself as an idiot .
The ESPN media deal accounts for all SEC schools and each makes up a percentage.
Take LSU out and that is a pretty big fricking chunk of revenue gone for the remaining schools for at least near a decade.
You idiots really should research before you headline chase.

He didn't roster them because the SEC filed a lawsuit and the rest of the SEC made it very clear LSU would be kicked out of they did.
Cool.
I'm glad you can agree that no rules were broken.

catastrophic for LSU.
Why?
Other teams have changed conferences and seem to be doing okay.

The only reason LSU and Kiffin didn't put them on the roster is because of what the SEC did. If the SEC didn't start the lawsuit, and if you were facing being removed from the conference - those players would be on the LSU roster right now, 0 doubt.
You must be Nancy Pelosi, trying to get an empeachment vote on a President that is no longer in office after a bullshite setup job that you helped create.

What's the point of being in a conference who threatens to expel you for even thinking of breaking rules, but turns a blind eye to others actually breaking the rules?

Why are you focusing on this year? Or even next year? Why aren’t you looking ahead to 5/10/20 years down the road? If this happens, LSU athletics are gutted.

Name a team that left one of the premier conferences and went to a lesser conference that improved their standing. I can point to Tulane and GaTech as prime examples of schools that left a premier conference for smaller waters that suffered hugely.

Also, what rule has LSU broken?

You misunderstand; I’m not in favor of what the SEC is doing. I’m just reading a bunch of emotional LSU fans saying they want to take their ball and go home. Do you, really? Have y’all really thought about the long term implications of that move?

Realistically? Breach of contract lawsuit from LSU, potential breach and reduced payments from espn/abc, reputational damage, and possibly loss of other members.
The speaker of the US House is an LSU fan too, so good luck with any legislation you might want, and Congress will be looking closely at the SEC.

Its really fricking dumb that fans of other schools are actively siding with the SEC despite all the shady shite going down.
They created a rule AFTER an action was taken. And theyve amended the suit twice to fit their needs as LSU moves.
They are terrified of the dam breaking because the second we call CFB athletes pros, their money pot is gone.

Again, what good is it being in a conference that sues you and threatens to expel you when literally no rules have been broken.
Meanwhile, other schools get no repercussions for actually breaking said rules.

Has Oregon been gutted? You can’t tell me why LSU athletics will be gutted by moving to the ACC
