Kiffin hasn't done anything even remotely concerning.

The backlash is mob mentality combined with real fear of what LSU is becoming.

The SEC want us gone over this petty bull, we gonna sue the shite out of the SEC, and name every school as a defendant too.

Isn't that what he did? I might have missed it, but have these players been added to LSU's roster?

No.

This is the problem with LSU fans. You want to ignore all the actions up to the end.

The only reason LSU and Kiffin didn't put them on the roster is because of what the SEC did. If the SEC didn't start the lawsuit, and if you were facing being removed from the conference - those players would be on the LSU roster right now, 0 doubt.

The only reason the SEC did what it did is because LSU repeatedly indicated they had no interest in following the rules of the SEC as long as the courts allowed.

But you guys want to pretend like Kiffin just did that in a vacuum out of the goodness of your hearts.

Bull fricking shite.

Its in the suit. Its a play for full control of the SEC without going through other channels .

They don't want to go down the avenue of calling CFB players professionals, because they stand to lose a lot of money. Go read it.

Explain exactly how the SEC takes a hit if LSU leaves. The reality is, we’ll just plug another high visibility school in and keep humming along.

You should be more concerned whether or not his players are.

So far, I'd say the answer to that is yes.

What’s the downside for the SEC if LSU leaves?

Realistically? Breach of contract lawsuit from LSU, potential breach and reduced payments from espn/abc, reputational damage, and possibly loss of other members.

He didn’t roster the players, and obviously he didn’t play them. This shite should’ve been over Friday.

The other question is why anyone would want that.

Probably. But then a precedent has been set that a member can be kicked out without actually breaking any rules.

And what if the SEC actually loses its suit? Then what?

He didn't roster them because the SEC filed a lawsuit and the rest of the SEC made it very clear LSU would be kicked out of they did.
