Juke Joint in Crestline has a full bar and table service, so that's my preferred location.

Easy decision, go with Archibalds. You'll hear to go to Northport but there's one right off of 20 close to academy. Make sure you call in your order early or you'll be SOL. I've had many tailgates with a big order of their ribs and wings. Best BBQ in tuscaloosa and possibly Bham (Saws is definitely the best).

Do not pass up the opportunity to get out while there, you will not be disappointed.

None of the above... stick with Jim and Nicks downtown for decent Q over those two

Don’t ever start a barbecue thread and not expect it to devolve into a “which sucks more” discussion.

I had wings at their Avondale location last night.

Does the Homewood one not have wings? I haven't been to it since it first opened.

Any of them. They all are somewhat different, but the BBQ is great at all of them.

My theory on BBQ is you should know it's good before you ever make it in the front door because of how it smells outside.

Especially when it includes asking about Dreamland in T-town.

Dreamland is overrated. They built one on 280 in BHam where Chili’s use to be, had to go pick my sister up at the airport Last Wednesday and we stopped and ate it.....wasn’t impressed

Which Saws am I suppose to go to? I google it and there are about three or four locations scattered around town with different subtitles.

Doesn't matter--they're all great.

Get ribs at Archibalds and banana pudding at dreamland. Both places grill their ribs. Not slow cooked and not as tender as they could be. Archibalds and their sauce is far better than dreamland.
