You think that is what is actually happening? It isn't. Manning has assurances from the donors that run the program that he will be the QB before the end of the year.

Stats from a scrimmage? I don't think Arch Manning sucks, but I would hardly use stats from a controlled scrimmage with protections to the QB as the measuring stick.
