Mannings don’t have a great relationship with coach O

Also 3 years in college football might as well be a decade. No clue what the landscape of college football will be. As an Ole Miss fan I’m already set for the emotional letdown of him picking a different school

And another Manning not winning a title/beating Florida.

I support Mannings being QBs at UToof.

His potential was wasted at SC.

Let's see, Jim Cheney (with a high recommendation from Drew Brees). Cutcliffe when he retires from Duke after this year moves back home to Knoxville and takes on a role in the AD with Fulmer.

This. Coach O burned a major bridge with the Manning family when Kiffin left. More so than Kiffin.

When Cutcliffe was jobless after he was fired at Ole Miss, he lived in Knoxville. Don't think he's lived in Alabama in 40 years

I guess I only remember Kiffin going out of his way to piss off/troll as many people as he could (nothing has changed much there). Guess Orgeron didn't really stand out to me at that time.

Orgeron was the one calling guys and telling them to not go to class iirc

Can you explain? Why would the Manning's care what transpired at Tennessee after Peyton left?

Fulmer has already talked to Archie, Peyton, and Arch's parents. This kid is a UT lock.

Lol no chance. Cooper is a diehard ole miss fan/alum.

A lot depends on what David Cutcliffe is doing and there’s another monster recruit in Louisiana for 2023 at QB and Jamie Newman’s kid is suppose to be a stud as well in 2022 class.

Right now Kiffin and Ole Piss are the favorites.

Tennessee is an extremely distant option and they’re not in the picture at all at the moment.

gotcha, I figured if the Mannings didn't care for Orgeron it would be because of something that happened while he was at Ole Miss not while he was briefly at Tennessee

Isn't Cooper part of the Ole Miss radio network ?

I don't think the Manning's (outside of Peyton) give AF about Tenn. I don't understand why there'd be any issue with Orgeron or Kiff while at Tenn. I can see Archie being kinda pissed about O's tenure at OM and his comments afterwards
