Big XII is a solid league. Houston has won against BYU, @ Kansas, vs Kansas, @ WVU, @ Texas Tech, @ Arizona, Iowa State and @ Baylor. It's not as good as the SEC but it's got a bunch of tournament quality teams in it.
The ACC is a mid-major conference.
