I played with several guys that made it to the NFL and played a good bit:

I also played against many in the old Louisina 2-5A that went on to play pro like Talence Sawyer... The sad thing is the best 3 guys I ever played with or against never even played college ball because they were head cases

No, not at all. He was a pretty average receiver in HS. Had bad hands but decent height and speed. Went to UT Chat on a BB scholly. Walked on the football team and broke every receiving record they had. Kid got bigger stronger and faster quick in college. He is plenty full of himself now though huh?

played with Josh Smith over the summer when we were 13-16 years old. Dude was a freak then and still is

Played high school golf against Dustin Johnson for three years. We were paired up in the region tourney both my sophomore and junior years. He was a year ahead of me, and I witnessed him shoot 30 on the back 9 en route to a 67 during the second round his senior year. I think I shot mid-70s, but that was definitely a footnote.
