Don’t blame CTE. He’s an uneducated individual that spent little to no time trying to understand basic english. This is blamed on the parents, then teachers and now others for letting him just “get by” because he was fast.

I have a wealth of thoughts on this topic, but out of respect for the board, I will choose to remain silent. It’s not out of fear of any repercussions from the moderators; rather, I believe that discussions about race can often lead to division, which isn’t the purpose of this space.
