First Alabama., I am not optimistic, I think they have a chance to be better, a good football team. But I can find 3 to 4 losses in that schedule. The offense must get much better, or else,
Now. LSU. The expectations will destroy Lane Kiffin. Its gonna be Natty or bust in Red Stick, and only one team will be happy at the end of the year, if it isn't them, and soon, I don't see him there after three years.
The Corndogs are in a frenzy. Could you imagine a loss in Oxford? Or if Kalen De Boer does it to them somehow AGAIN? The pressure to win is enormous and theres no room for error.
Go lose to DUI Pete and all the good will? Gone, De Boer beats you in Baton Rouge? Same. You people will turn on Kiffin so fast he'll need a neck brace.

Thanks for your input. I’m sure we’ll take note of it while our process driven coach is getting the most out of our players and striving for excellence every day unlike everyone else we’ve had since Saban. Best of luck to you and DeBust this season, glad we’re on your mind enough to drive you to write a full manifesto at 3:10 AM

LSU will fire Kiffin at some point. History tells us that. He won't spend 20 years at LSU and retire.
But he may very well win a national championship before that. Wouldn't surprise me at all. I actually expect him to.
Les won a national championship...and got fired. Orgeron won a national championship...and got fired.
The only question is if Kiffin gets fired in 2 years or in 5, and how spectacular
and drama filled the story will be. But it will happen.
Either that, or he leaves LSU voluntarily to replace DeBoer.

All Bama posters here tell me he is not wanted there...

How many coaches turned down the Bama job before you landed on DeBoer? I can never remember.

A few years with BK and we are just happy to see offense. Lane will get whatever he wants.

You want De Boer gone so bad you’re offering theoretical analysis on the state of LSU Football.
Yikes.
Kiffin already knew what was expected from him here before he took the job. You must think he was completely unaware that this place is a pressure cooker. Wrong. He accepted the challenge because that’s what drives men like Kiffin. And Nick Saban- who counseled him throughout the process.
He’ll be just fine.

If he makes the playoffs every year and a Natty here and there, he'll be fine.

Whistle past the graveyard Swamp People. Youre all in the refugee from a Lucky Charms cereal box never fit in and now its win it all or bust.
Maybe you do. But if you dont Lane s gonna find out how it feels to have an entire state full of shunt brained drooling lougarous hating the very air he breathes

LSU getting to the playoff or bust. It’s like Omaha. Just get there and see what happens. LSU should be in the CFP. I won’t be mad if they don’t win it THIS year.
