Winning a championship almost always requires a lucky bounce or two, this isn't exaclty groundbreaking news.

Finishing with 10+ wins and in the top 10 in the polls 6 straight seasons, that ain't "luck"

I laugh at you. Y'all have become some cocky SOBs. As if one season is going to change things more than it did in 2010.

A Georgia fan should not be talking about luck either. Your team was fortunate enough for the referees to give Aaron Murray a touchdown he did not score last year and you clowns still lost. You clowns then turn around and talk about how lucky Auburn was. You are one of the main morons who does this.

From what I have seen, you are one of the dumbest Georgia fans on this board or any other and that is saying a lot considering Georgia quite possibly has the dumbest fan base as a whole I have come across on the internet

What? Alabama has been the most dominate program in college football for the past 5 years or so. If anything they could have more National Championships.

This. Alabama is a few bounces of the ball away from winning 5 straight. We're also a few bounces away from not winning anything. That's the way the game goes. Outside of maybe 2001 Miami or 1995 Nebraska, every other National Champion over the last 20 years has had to rely on luck in one way or the other.

But in my opinion, Alabama shouldn't be in the Top 5 due to the QB question alone.

Why do you guys even respond to bammer tards like tt9? No team in college football has had more luck over the last 5 or 6 year than Alabama themselves. Saban could easily have zero national championships without a lot of luck on his side

And he could easily have two more. See how that works?

This coming from the guy who constantly shits on Georgia fans? Not surprising.

So the ball being tipped isn't luck?
Returning a last second punt isn't luck?
Having Cam fall into your laps isn't luck?

You need to rethink your stance towards Georgia fans because it's bringing your entire fan base down.

You are also too dumb to notice that an Alabama fan first brought up the subject of luck when his own team has received more than their fair share of luck

Why? You think Alabama should be ranked higher than Oklahoma and Auburn, who they ended the season losing to? Auburn returns more than either team. Honestly, the only thing that gives Alabama an advantage over Auburn this year is their cupcake schedule. I'm just being real.

I laugh at you if you think next year will be similar to 2011. Auburn lost almost all of their keys player after the 2010 season. We return almost all of the key players from last years team

Auburn has had way more success than just last year anyway. We have been better than Alabama in every category during the 21st century beside national championship, and that is just partially based on luck given that Auburn went undefeated in 2004 and was left out. Typical bammer douchebag to think their fans can be cocky but nobody else should act that way.

I don't think he really believes that...

I think this all comes from egotistical, moronic Alabama fans that feel self-entitled to everything. Anytime Auburn is good, it's never because they were actually good. 2010, Auburn was cheaters. 2013, Auburn was lucky. 2012, that was normal (which is laughable). Anytime Alabama loses to Auburn, they weren't motivated enough or had some bad seeds that didn't play hard. It's always some fricking excuse.

I think this Auburn fan (who is pretty bad, IMO) is just giving them a taste of their own medicine.

Yeah. That was. But isn't it unlucky to have the refs give your opponent a free TD they didn't get?

quote:

Returning a last second punt isn't luck?
So now returns are just luck? I guess we can start counting every play that a player has to run around anyone as luck. In that case it was no more lucky than most scores in history.

quote:

Having Cam fall into your laps isn't luck?

The coaches recruiting a player and them being good is also just luck now too? I guess UGA getting AM and Gurley is nothing but luck like every other player any teams has ever gotten and won with.

Its amazing the extent UGA and Bama fans will go to to try and convince everyone Auburn doesn't deserve anything they earn and that they are just a bad team that just got lucky and had everything handed to them. Even going as far as trying to claim close games should count as losses.

Having a team at #2 in the nation with a QB transferring in that's never started a game before and a true freshman at LT is a fricking joke

Yea, it's pretty fricking laughable.

Like I said, excuses galore...

It was a fortunate play but AU set it up with a deep return man & having more speed on the field. Bama had big linemen & TE's in blocking for the FG. When it was wide it turned into a KO return where AU had the advantage in speed & skill players on the field vs OT's, OG's & TE's chasing the return man...Good coaching IMO...

Just take a minute and imagine if this was Auburn's description to start 2014...

What would Alabama fans say? (not all, but most)
