No not exactly that’s what it used to mean when the meaning was actually a great idea and cause. Now it is different and means so much more to the wrong people. Like teaching 2nd graders about erections, or allowing 9 year olds to decide to have a sex change without a parents consent, etc. it’s not the same anymore.
