Good thing That WR’s grow on trees in Louisiana. Bama has done more damage in Florida. Amari Cooper, Calvin Ridley and Jerry Jeudy are all from South Florida and all 3 are unquestionably better than any WR that Miami, UF or FSU has produced in the last decade.

I think fewer violations to "bring" players to schools occur among top prospects and top schools than subsequent violations after they arrive with booster involvement, free gifts and agents trying to secure future favor. The latter most certainly happens at ALL schools with ALL schollie players to different degrees.
The mid tier players and schools are where less attention lies and represent the scraps behind the higher profile kids that may more easily find themselves under more scrutiny. It makes for good stories and excuses though.
