Looks like the entire community of Amite supports the Crimson Tide now. Very impressive.

A meet if you are talking about Amite City, LA. Its a-mitt if you are talking about Amite County just across the border in Miss. My parents are both Warrior grads.

Different pronunciations for Lafeyette, LA and Lafeyette Co, MS too

Yeah I have to give his local community credit. They are so proud of him and pushed so hard for his Heisman campaign. I think they are the ones who put him over the top.

Yes. My mother’s family is from there. I think they got a Walmart like 10 yrs ago. Lol. It’s a quaint but rural community. Nice folks but nothing to do.

yes, one is correct and one is dumb.

Lafayette CO, MS was named after Marquis de Lafayette. Not pronounced Luh-Fay-Et
