2007 was the biggest shocker on the list, but it was so long ago most don't remember the specifics behind it

Oh yeah forgot about that. Tennessee somehow won the east that season. The score was like 20-17 at halftime and then Bama just erupted. John Parker Wilson and DJ Hall? I remember wondering why the hell Cutcliffe wasn't feeding Arian Foster more consistently

Nick Saban came to Alabama in 2007. Even during a 7-6 opening season that included a loss to UL Monroe he beat Tennessee 41-17 (with 5 suspended before kickoff)

Then he won the next 13 against Tennessee.

Nick Saban is 14-0 vs. Tennessee as Bama HC.

2015 stands out to me on that list (aside from 07). Bama was great and ut was mediocre, I don't remember it being that close

Yep. We were a slight underdog in that game I feel and we went into that game after sneaking out victories against both Ole Miss and Houston. I remember my confidence level being very low just before kickoff, especially after all of those starters were suspended for what would become known as Textbookgate. Imagine my surprise when were not just competitive and leading by a touchdown at the half, but how we blew it wide open in the second half and kept them scoreless while doing so.

We'd just lost to a terrible FSU team, almost lost to Houston and Ole Miss and the morning of the game suspended 5 starters. Tennessee was on fire, scoring tons of points, etc. The game was on Jefferson frickin Pilot.

We came out and onside kicked and it just kind of exploded from there.

Vols had massive chokes against OU and Gators that season. Probably should've beaten Arky as well.
