Bama will most likely be good on offense, but it will be a step back from 2019 with Tua. That's the point people are making.

Yet UGA without Fromm and Swift will get better?

Interesting take.

UGA has two weeks to figure that out before going to Tuscaloosa, with a new QB, new RB, largely unproven WRs and a entirely new offensive line.

Like I said, good luck.

We actually have an off-season to do that. Preparation doesn't just start two weeks before.

It will be different, but it won't be a huge step back. It wasn't even a huge step back in the 2 games we played without him to end the season against good defenses.

We'll be more play action deep shot and run oriented than RPO, but we'll have as good a 1-2 WR punch and 1-2 RB punch as anyone in football to go along with a veteran o-line filled with NFL guys.

The offense will be elite. The question mark is the defense

Fromm was terrible according to LSU fans. Now that's he's gone we need him.

He was better than the kid from Wake Forest in a much tougher conference.

We have two WRs coming back that are potentially as good or better than the two that we lost.

lol this is a reach.

How so? Smith lead the team in yds and tds. Waddle has shown he is evey bit as good and has potential to be the best playmaker in the SEC.

Not a reach at all to think Smith and Waddle will be as good or better than the Juedy and Ruggs.

Just wanted to point out, this thread is why I always get a laugh out of UGA fans calling anyone else delusional.

That was before we realized yall would be banking on a guy with worse numbers against worse competition.

Our returning QB has already proven that he can sling it.

For which team?

I suppose that that's fair, but besides those two plays, as awful as they were, he's been money.

UGA will be better on offense with a better OC, who they just hired. Swfit was great, but teams could focus on stopping him because Fromm couldn't stretch the field. Newman has a better arm than Fromm and will be able to challenge defenses deep. I'm willing to bet our RB's will have a higher YPC due to defenses being kept honest.

lol when did he do this? YOU think he can do this, but he certainly hasn't proved he can.

Right now, I have this one in the loss column. After we have worked a couple of patsies early in the season, I will be thinking "maybe"

So, yes, you're saying UGA will get better while replacing everyone on offense.

Explain again why this same logic doesn't apply to Bama?

Is bama going from a bad OC to a good one? Is Bama going from a QB with a weak arm to one who can throw a deep ball? If the answer to both of those questions are yes, then I agree Bama will be improved on offense as well. Another thing you aren't getting is that UGA has more room to improve on offense. Before Tua went down Bama's offense was the best in the NCAA. If you think Mac can do better than that then let's end the conversation now.
