He’s proposing guidelines, that’s what congress should do. He’s not creating another bloated overreaching federal office.

Did he really know football though? Good that he ran in Alabama though, the folks out of Lubbock would likely have crucified him.

He was thoroughly exposed as a mediocre coach once our sanctions ran out. The only reason he ever won anything was due to the NCAA hammering us.
