I know plenty of people in their mid-20s through their late 30s be somewhat in shape and still hurt themselves playing friendly game (or even using a water slide for a kids birthday party). Now granted, copious amounts of drinking was involved but still, this is a recipe for a poster needing an ambulance or surgery.

I played football(Strong Safety) and wrestled at Hoover in the mid to late 90s and while I'm not as agile I was back then(6'0 210 lbs frame for a Safety so I was just irritated that I wasn't big enough to play LB at a place like Hoover at the time) I always had a LB'er mentality and playing style.
That being said, I'm not sure our Little Sis U friends would accept if we beat them in backyard football or a pick up game of b ball. They would cover their ears and scream that Patrick Peterson was in bounds and that would have somehow changed the outcome.
