The difference in the outcome was this; when Bama hit a HR, it was usually a solo shot. When LSU hit it out, there were usually 2 or 3 runners on base. ( And there were lots of HR's.)
The outcome could have very easily been the other way around.
Alabama put up a good fight, and it was an enjoyable series for the winning team.
That said, Alabama is no where near close to being a good as LSU this year. But good luck on the rest of your season.
But I will say this....if BOTH teams don't improve their pitching staffs considerably, their chances for any serious advancement in post season aren't good, IMO!

Like I said before, many teams that lost to Lsu can also make that claim. What matters (Bama Vol ) is run totals and wins. LSU hasn’t lost an SEC series all year and swept the last 2 weekends.
Like another poster already pointed out Bama out hit Lsu in game 1 . LSU out hit Bama in game 2 . Both teams tied for hits in game 3.
I find it noteworthy that you can’t read a box score. Did you mean that Bama out hit Lsu in the series? Because you posted Bama out hits Lsu in ALL three games. That is a lie

bama pitched around Crews all weekend. Give him another 4-5 AB's, instead of walking him, & LSU would have had even more hits.

I think our lineup can out score any lineup in the country. SEC baseball better then almost any team outside of conference.
