Trying to force a fumble by hitting the ball with his helmet. Sorry Tua is soft, stop bitching.

Unfortunately for LSU he was able to hobble what, some 40 yards or so, one one long hike he took to the end zone. LOL!

Good hit. If he goes high, then it’s called targeting. Now he can’t go low either? Geez, go ahead and break out the flags then. Or better yet, two hand touch. We can get uniforms with sensors that alarm when two hands touch the opponent, so there’s no arguing about it. “I got you!” “nuh uh, no you didn’t!”

Bama players have watched defenders purposely targeting Tau's knee these last two games, and nothing seriously being done about it. They'll have no choice, but to take matters into their own hands. The league and refs seem to be OK with a college kid getting their career ruined, and you ask why that might be? All because some within the CFB world are tired of Bama winning so much...

This is what happens when you don't nip bush-league tactics in the bud. Players start policing things themselves and can you really blame them???

What exactly are the "league and refs" supposed to do about a clean hit?It wasnt late or targeting

If Tua isnt healthy he shouldn't be on the field. Its on 'Bama to protect their players first. Not the league, refs or opposing players.

Opposing fans who think that hit was not malicious are freaking idiots. But whatever because our players think it was and in the end I hope no little tiger or puppy fans come on here and whine when the same hit goes on Stidham or Fromm and they are done for the season. Because remember as all of you had said it was legal and this is tackle football.

Sounds to me like he is saying if you go after our QB, we will go after your QB. Seems reasonable to me.

Funny how you only throw in the one quote - which was not saying that at all.

All, including Saban, said it is football. Alabama players and coach said THEY themselves need to do a better job at protecting the QB.

Alabama fans wanting the refs and league to protect them against clean hits have no concept of reality.

With that gif, if Tua had been throwing the ball, it could have been called a penalty for hitting low. But he didn't throw it - he took a bad sack. He has been much quicker than this in the past.

It is what it is.

Bama should have been running the ball or throwing alot of quick drop back passes and Kiffin-style screens to protect him - State was not going to win this game anyway. Tua was running around waaaaay too much himself too. His little spin moves were not working against State.

Does Mack think his knees aren’t exposed at times?

Yesterday was as nasty as I ever saw going after tuas knee. It's legal I guess so whatever. As long as it's legal, let's do what we have to do as well.

Espn has been replaying some of the hits that were straight out low. No flag, ok.

Don't anybody on here bitch if these hits are seen in our coming games. They're legal. That cool.

I understand reading comprehension is due to your poor education and will not fault you for being a a product of it. But I never once said the ref should have called it, I just said is was malicious. But as you all said it was a clean hit just as clean as Nick Fairly's hit.

And if the rules allow those type of hits do not come in here crying if Fromm takes one and goes out.
