Police also testified that the vehicles of Miller and Bradley were allegedly blocking the road where the Jeep was parked.

Seems carefully worded. This does not equal

How has Miller not been charged with at least Accessory?

Because they haven’t found that he had the required intent, would be my guess. They’re not going to waste time charging someone for a crime that they don’t feel they can prove the person satisfied the elements of.

That’s my guess as someone who actually practices law in Alabama.

What do you think he did when he took the gun to a drunk friend? He assisted in the crime!!
Their text conversation will tell a lot. It’s ridiculous that Miller’s texts back haven’t been reported. They’ll come up at some point.

I know the scenario I’m about to bring up isn’t exactly what happened, but..

If someone asks you to bring their gun because someone is threatening them and they seriously need it for self defense and you do, and they pull a cold blooded murder…..you have assisted them in the murder. But I wouldn’t think that would count as far as the law is concerned.

There isn’t PLENTY room for what Miller did to not count as aiding or assisting in a freakin murder of this woman.

I think we'll go with the law enforcement testimony over a trashy Alabama fan's opinion.
Well that isn’t what the police said

Idk what else you want me to say

Damn, Imhave only seen this in about 6 articles that had direct quotes from the Detectives. Is the Earth really round?
You haven’t seen them say this.

Not only are y’all wrong, y’all are taking it a step further and insinuating that Miller intentionally blocked the jeep from being able to move. Straight targeted the jeep and blocked it in order to make sure the occupants were murdered.

I think more emphasis needs to be put on how the university and the HC are handling this.

How could you know he was the one that brought the gun at 2am and not atleast suspend him?

need it for self defense

So his life was in immediate danger that he was able to call his friend to bring his gun and then go back and shoot her. Self Defense don’t work when you have removed yourself and then went back. Remember Miles got inside the car and got gun and then got back out of the car and approached the Jeep. This ain’t a self defense act. How long did it take Miller to get the gun to him from the time the altercation started?

What do the pictures have to do with anything? You expect a black guy to presume criminal intent……..in another black guy?

Take a breath, and then log off until this situation is resolved. You look like a real jackass.

Contrast this non-charging with the LSU player's charging of an illegal weapon.
