There is not a chance in hell that the police believe that Miller and Bradley positioned their cars in such a way as to prevent the jeep from leaving and are not pressing charges against either.

They actually testified to this in court.
iller complied, according to AL.com reporting from the courthouse. He'd previously tried to go to a bar there, Twelve25 Sports Bar, with Miles and Davis but left because the line was too long.

On the return trip, police allege that Miller parked his car in a manner that blocked the Jeep that Harris, her boyfriend and a cousin, who is an Alabama student, were in.

It amazes me how many people on this board would epically fail the bar exam but run around pretending to be law experts.

No they said he blocked the street. And didn’t touch on whether it was intentional or not. And then said they have nothing to charge him with.

Y’all took it was Miller pulled up and kept the jee from moving, on purpose, to ensure his crew could pull off a murder.

Y’all are wrong.

It was in a position where Miller dash camera was able to catch the shooting. So mending his dash cam was pointed toward the Jeep. Meaning the front of the car was in front of the Jeep when the shooting happened.

While parked in a manner that blocked him. That’s exactly what the police said in court today.

E dry car that pulled down that street blocked the street

What are the implications as you see it as far as Miller blocking this particular street?
