This comment is even more bizarre. You obviously cared enough about LSU to create an account on a website to discuss sports with other fans. So now only players and coaches are allowed to enjoy wins

Had something really nice typed up. Website glitched out. I do not care enough about you to retype.

Sorry.

I mean yeah we went 31 years where we couldn't beat you in Baton Rouge and obviously you won 13 of the last 15 meetings in recent play so that all translates

Literally never seen anyone try this before.

I've seen Auburn fans say this a million times. It's a loser mentality.

1970-1999

1987 LSU went 10-1-1, played Bama in Baton Rouge, lost 22-10, cost the team a possible national title

What year was the win on the field?

Must have been a forfeit.

Tie was in '85.

Nah baw, it is much weirder to take pride in something you have not a thing to do with. Get better at life. This is just sports.

Are you saying that LSU fans, who outnumber everyone else here, all played for LSU? That would explain why there are so many stupid LSU fans here.

LSU should be pretty thankful that Bama is no longer a permanent.

Weren't LSU fans losing their minds about this over the offseason claiming 'Bama was "scared to play them"? You'd think they'd enjoy the break from what is almost a guaranteed beatdown every year.

I guess, like a bad gambler, they don't mind losing repeatedly just for that one sweet high of winning every now and then.

15 out of 19 and leads the series by 31 games. It's not a competitive rivalry.

LSU would have to go on a 31 game win streak just to even up the series!

Wow. Almost as lopsided as our all time record against Mississippi State.

Sad.

They claim it’s a tough place to place at night. Believe Alabama is something like 13-2 in night games vs LSU in “Death Valley”.

ETA: Math would say it’s a shitload more than that. Bama 30-10-3 overall in Red Stick. LSU started playing night games in 1931. LSU was also rarely on TV until the mid-80s which forced them to start playing more games during the day.

So Death Valley @ Night is a total myth for Alabama.
