I don't know why it happens but wherever Lane Kiffin runs an offense, that offense will be average. I have no idea why it happens, it just does. And he's not a bad coach.

I truly feel that the vast majority of our players really don't give two shits about the University of Alabama. It's a mere stepping stone in their path to guaranteed greatness. For example, Derrick Henry is taking selfies and posting videos during Saban's pregame Ole Miss speech. I mean WTF?

This is certainly not part of Saban's Process and I don't mean that in any trolling manner. This is a symptom.

Anatomy of a Bama fan: Any time we don't win the NCG, the ride is over and we're fricked.

Did you think this was an undefeated team coming in? We lost an sec road game to a tough team, made all kinds of mistakes, penalties, had some key injuries and were still right there in the end.

You're only saying this because of a few close losses.

Like 3 losses in a row to the last 3 teams we have played with a pulse? At some point we have to evaluate where we are at and quit calling everything a fluke. Auburn was lucky, OU was a consolation game, Ole Miss was special team's fault. When do the excuses end and these 5 star kids actually beat someone?

Dude, get a fricking hold of yourself. We lost one game. We lose one game every year, and I'm sure you act like this every fricking year. CHILL THE frick OUT.

You see, the same cancer that has infected ya'lls locker room has infected your relationship with your tRant team. Its sad to see a team and fanbase torn apart from the inside.

Settle down. Bama lost on the ROAD to a very good team. It was Ole Miss's super bowl. Bama will have plenty of time to rebuild their case for a playoff slot given they still play Auburn, St. and A&M.

I've not seen anyone say Ole Miss was ST's fault. It played a part in it, sure.. but OM outplayed Bama in several respects. It happens. This is only Alabama 10th loss since 2008. Think about that ... 10 losses in 6-1/2 yrs. The next closest SEC team to that many losses in that time frame, is Lsu, with 20. Get a grip. I swear... a single close loss brings out the divas in the fanbase.

No I did not think we would win a title before the season started. That's the whole point of this thread. None of this is surprising. I'm not shocked and melting. I'm stating an observation I have had for two years now. Alabama no longer scares people because it's nothing but a fancy sports car with the gas peddle pushed halfway down.

I'm not asking anyone to feel bad for Bama or Bama fans. This team deserves every bit of ridicule they will receive this season.

This loss will make them a team. They will have to be focused if they want to be a part of the playoff picture. I'll admit to thinking we had the game in the bag when Ole Miss missed the extra point. I am sure the players felt that way too. It is easy to let all of the past success make you overconfident.

They know now they will have to earn everything they get. No one is going to roll over when Bama comes to town.
