At the risk of being accused of being an alternate account, there's some backstory with Ryan Perriloux and Texas. He was a commit in the aftermath of Vince Young-mania, but it was obvious to everyone including the Texas staff that he planned to sign with his home state team LSU, but Perriloux continued to lie about his intentions. One of the Texas fan sites even interviewed his HS coach who counseled Perriloux to stop playing games or something to that effect.
Perriloux never panned out at LSU or in the NFL, but some Texas fans will remember the scenanigans we read about at the time.

Not sure why saban didn’t do that during the Texas game?
He said he was thinking about doing that but changed his mind.

I wish they would talk Milroe into a role on offense, he would be murder on jet sweeps and quick screens. not to mention double passes.
One throw he is good at is anything deep.

Good.....i saw a lot of potential with Milroe. If he ever puts it together mentally he will be a very dangerous dua threat. Am glad they are playing the safer guy with a lower ceiling.

It s a good thing Bama has such a stout Oline...OH WAIT

Alabama is the only SEC team that threatens UGA but that is only true if Milroe is the QB. I believe Milroe has the highest ceiling. Thankfully, Bama coaches aren't tailoring the offense to best suit their most athletic option.
I hope Buckner has a good game tomorrow because he isn't a threat.

Let the NFL draft him on physical ability and they can develop him over a 6 yr period.
He has all the talent, but my god, if he would just look the safety off on 1 read he'd be 100% better.

I think the whole team has been behind him, but they also want to win. Will Buchner be any better? Is it the year bama loses 4 or 5 games?
We shall see.

Alabama under Saban has never had an in-game or in-season QB change that ended up successful. OMG, what does this mean?
Preach it brother. This may not work out but Bama has a history of replacing a QB and then winning big.
Saban is very big on leting the team get behind the best QB. Sometimes it takes a loss or poor play.
Sometimes it's so damn obvious the entire receiving core threatens to sit out if (X) doesnt play.

Really?
He's part Korean, your ignorance.
Karate is a Japanese martial art.
I'll swear. In using stereotypes, you really make it hard to deny stereotypical assumptions about the Southern US.

Do they also have a new starting offensive line?
