due to a blanket of toxic smoke from thousands of burning double wides following recent announcements of Saban's resignation and DeBoring's presser in which he promised to dominate NAIA football in Alabama
He said he'd work day and night, 24/7 to keep the Tide above NAIA powerhouse Faulkner University. Additionally, he proposed an annual game, similar to the Iron Bowl against the Eagles, rotating between Montgomery and Tuscaloosa

I was 26 when Saban was hired. I grew up with my team being, largely, a laughingstock. I was happy to have born witness to his run but I always knew it wasn't going to last forever.
I actually have perspective.
