I'd be curious to know how many of these Alabama fans regularly watched/went to games before Saban's arrival. Chances of getting honest answers = 0%

Like any major program the fringe fans wax and wane, according to what cycle the program is in (up or down). But Alabama has a massive fanbase either way. Most of the folks on here are hardcore fans, like myself. Fans all of their lives, students, graduates, etc.

One of my friends is a die hard FSU fan. He's currently melting down on Facebook about how he hates Alabama fans and how they worry about everyone else but their own team. Pretty funny to watch.
