Unless we look at the scoring differences and margins of victories, but I won't tell him if you don't.

Yeah, that's what fans REALLY care about rather than the W-L record.

Edit

Good god, you guys care way too much. I don't ever see CBS posting scores of our previous iron bowl games, just the record.

Nobody cares about the scores. All I have to say.

Yes I still hate Tommy Tubs and his thumb to this day. Had to hear fear the thumb all year. Dumbest Auburn shite ever.

Sounds like the thumb did what it was supposed to do.

Doesn't compare to the dominance over LSU, that's for sure.

Ouch.

Leave it to Bammers to bring up LSU in a thread about Bama vs Auburn.

Obsession.

That doesn't equate to "dominance" head to head vs Auburn.

At the end of the day, you're 8-5.

Then you would argue that Auburn is doing swell at 5-8?

Give it a few months until the next game in Bryant Denny. A 9-5 record over a top 15-20 program all time is fairly dominant

No, I would argue thats its been a relatively evenly matched series with Bama having an advantage.

Alabama had lost five straight to Auburn when he made this statement.

Saban has yet to lose back to back games to Auburn, even if he struggles in Jordan Hare.

I'm happy the game is played at the universities. If it were still played in Bham it would probably be like 10-3.
When AU has a descent team, Bama plays tight, shitting the bed with mistakes in Jordan Hare.
As Malzahn said coming out of the halftime break last year, if we can have it close going to the 4th quarter they'll mess up, we'll win the game.
Those few IB wins has saved his job even with his yearly 4-5 losses.

8-5 is pretty dominate but of course not as dominate as reeling of 8 in a row

Winning 62% of games played doesnt strike me as dominant.

Just my personal opinion but you have to win at least 75%.

So under this outlook you would say 4-10, 29%, is not being dominated? Just to be clear.

Actually, no he has not dominated AU like I hoped he would and it is quite frustrating at times knowing he just gets out-coached by that nose picker every other year. However, I grew up witnessing them winning 6 in a row and it was absolutely miserable living around AU fans during that time so as long as he doesn't have losing streaks against them I am sort of ok with that.

LSU fans know how difficult it is to win in that stadium and how weird things happen there and not usually for the good if you are the visitor.

Right on the cusp but not quite.

As bad as Saban is in Jordan Hare, Gus is worse in Tuscaloosa.

2014 - L 55-44
2016 - L 30-12
2018 - L 52-21

In fact take away the Camback and Auburn has been awful against Saban in Tuscaloosa (lost 36-0 in 2008; 49-0 in 2012...1-5 overall).

Jordan Hare, however, is a damn house of horrors.

I had three Gump friends tell me this year that they'll never step foot in Jordan-Hare again.

Made my heart smile

Haha...I'm considering just DVRing the game every year it is at Auburn so I don't waste my time watching us choke. I imagine there are many auburn fans that do something else that day when it's played in Tuscaloosa since y'all usually get dominated
