As a UGA fan my POV may be a bit skewed but Saban has not been known to hesitate to change QBS midgame if one is not getting the job done and there is someone in the wings who might. That may be the significant item...it may be that Milroe is the best option.

You can never tell. Jalen Hurts lost the battle to be starter to Blake Barnett at one point I believe. Might be wrong.

As a Texas fan that has watched them at least 30 years, I can without a doubt say this is a top 10 team. This is probably the best team/ roster they have had since Mack Brown's prime years. Definitely the best defensive and offensive lines, and most competent defensive play I've seen in over a decade.
But, I know you won't believe me because of bias so just have to wait and see what the record shows at the end of the year.

My problem wasn’t with the QB but with how Texas was pushing around Alabama’s Offense and Defensive line at will. Alabama didn’t lose that game on QB alone.

Saban hasn't gotten worse. College football is no longer the game thay Saban dominated. Like Dabo, Saban is not comfortable no longer having total control over players.

This is more concerning if true. You have an option that is "much better" but your head coach is losing with the much worse option?
If they don't have a good qb, that's a problem. If they have a good qb and are losing because he's on the bench, that's a bigger problem.

There is no one else on that roster than can run from all four defensive linemen like Milroe does on most plays. Just cash it in and watch the madness.
